Find slope first  M= y2-y1/x2-x1 M=-7-(-3)/0-7 M=-4/-7 M= 4/7  Then use y=mx+b to Wright equation by using one of the points with your slope  M=4/7 , ( 0,-7) Y=mx+ b  -7=4/7(0)+(b) -7= 0+b B=-7 Y=4/7x-7
