The formula is SA = [tex]\pi r^{2} + \pi rl[/tex].  r is the radius and l is the slant height.  In your case it would be [tex]49\pi + 133\pi = 172\pi[/tex].

L.S.A = pi (7) (19) similar to 133*pi
3.14 * 133 similar to 417.62
