The standard enthalpy of a reaction can be calculated with the equation "H=Hp-Hr", where Hp is the enthalpy of the products and Hr the enthalpy of the reactives, in this casi your product is the CO, so -283-(-393) = 110. So the  standard enthalpy of this reaction is 110 kJ/mol.
