Daria has a pitcher that holds 2 1/2 quarts. How many cups does the pitcher hold? explain your work plz. I need to check my homework.

There are 4 cups in one quart, so if you do 2 1/2 times 4 you will get 10. That means the pitcher holds 10 cups.
