The poet intentionally uses language to create an impression in "Ozymandias." Why does he uses the words "antique", "ye," and "shattered"?

In using words such as "antique", "ye," and "shattered", the poet is trying to invoke a sense of the past, since all of these words (except shattered) are no longer used in modern language.
