(6m + 5m) + (7n - 3n)
11m + 4n

6m + 7n + 5m - 3n
Do the 6m and 5m first. Add them together.
6m + 5m = 11m

Now subtract -3n from 7n.
7n - 3n = 4n

11m + 4n is simplified.
